What is IPTV?

Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is the delivery of television content over Internet Protocol (IP) networks. Unlike downloaded media, IPTV offers the ability to stream the source media continuously. As a result, a client media player can begin playing the content (such as a TV channel) almost immediately. This is known as streaming media.

What is EPG?

EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide. Just like with cable TV you get your daily guide, with our service you get EPG for up to 7 days in advance (with exception of some channels beyond our control) with the ability to program, store and delete live TV recordings. Not very many streams and TV boxes give you these kind of options!

Why Formuler Z10 Boxes?

We tested many different android and MAG boxes. We simply wanted the best experience for our customers. Not many TV boxes can give you a smooth and steady stream along with PVR feature (USB flash drive required). Some will keep buffering and freezing. Some won’t allow you to record. Formuler Z10 Pro and Max are specifically designed for IPTV streaming with no or very minimal buffering and PVR!

What Live TV Channels do I get?

All our plans come with live TV channels pretty much from all around the world – over 20000 to be exact. From all Europen, Indian, Asian, Australian, American, Canadian to Arabic and more. You also get all major sport events such as Premier League, LaLiga, World Cup, NHL, NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS, Formula 1, Horse Racing and many others. Do you have any VOD?

Yes we do. Over 100000 movies and TV series categorized by year, foreign movies, kids shows etc. For most of them you can choose a subtitle, sometimes even an audio dubbed in your language. VOD also includes lots of Pay Per Vue sport events as well as music concerts of your favourite artists! Lots of content is on par with catalogues by Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, HBO, Crave, Disney+ and others.

What do I need to stream IPTV?

If you wish to stream IPTV at the comfort of your home you will need a TV (PC, tablet, cell phone), fast enough internet with minimum 150MBps 5G Wifi (GigaLAN recommended), a streaming box such as Android, MAG, Firestick or Apple TV (we highly recommend and only use Formuler Z10 Pro/Max) and an IPTV stream subscription. We offer 1/3/6/12 month plans and TV boxes including in-home installation!

Is there a learning curve?

Like with any new technology there is a bit of a learning curve to master your new gear! To make this experience easier we created a section called GUIDE (under our main menu) that features many instructional videos on how to operate and program the Formuler Z10 Pro/Max TV box along with its unique remote control. We believe you will feel comfortable and become a pro within couple of days!

How to setup a TV box for IPTV?

The easiest way is to book an installation appointment with us (under CONTACT section)! We will come to your home (in selected areas only) and setup everything for you! If you already own a TV box and once you pay for your chosen subscription plan (under PLANS section) we will send you credentials and instructions on how to setup your IPTV so you can start streaming!

What is SD, HD, FHD, 4K, UHD?

Various live TV channels will be labeled with these extensions and they mean as follows:

SD = standard definition

HD = high definition

FHD = full high definition

4K = 4K definition (also called UHD)

FHD, 4k/UHD need more data, so in the case you’re having buffering issues, change to the same channel with HD quality to resolve this.

What is the parental passcode?

Some live TV channels, movies or TV series might be automatically protected/locked with a four digit parental passcode. If that happens a pop up window will appear on the screen and you will be asked to enter the four digit code. It is 0000 (four zeros) by default. You can change the parental passcode in settings menu under parental control in order to protect your kids from watching unwanted content.

Use ethernet, 2.4G or 5G WiFi?

Fast enough internet connection is crucial for a buffer-free streaming of live TV, movies and TV series. We recommend a minimum of 150Mbps internet speed via 5G Wifi with the Z10 Pro. However for a guaranteed buffer-free streaming 1000 Mbps (1GBps) speed is recommended to be run via ethernet cable with the Z10 Pro Max! 99% streaming will be buffer-free even with the 150Mbps speed!

On how many devices can I watch?

If you purchased a single device plan you will be able to watch/stream without any issues on one device. However if your internet speed is fast enough (Giga), up to 2 devices might be able to stream different video content at a same time as long you are in the same house using the same internet (IP address). That being said we can’t guarantee a problem free streaming on multiple devices using one account. If you are streaming on your cell while let’s say on a bus or you are travelling to a different country and someone at home wishes to also stream, you won’t be able to do so. We strongly recommend 2 plans with 2 separate login details if you will be using 2 devices. We do have discounts on multiple devices. Please visit our SHOP.

How to watch on cell, tablet or PC?

Go to Google Play or Apple App Store to download the free IPTV Smarters Player App. The first time the App will ask you for your login credentials that you received from us! Enter “name” of the portal (for example “premiumpowerstv”), username, passcode and the portal URL. To load all content and EPG guide it will take few minutes. If you see “Download” in each of the 3 sections (live TV, movies, series) please click on each of these to download all content. When ready you can start browsing and watching all content on your cell phone, tablet, PC or MAC. Please note that we cannot guarantee buffer-free streaming and PVR recording won’t be available with any of these devices. That being said – the world is at your fingertips! Enjoy!

Z10 Pro vs Max - what's the diff?

The Formuler Z10 Pro is ideal in combination with 150-300 Mbps internet speed. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM, dual 5G WiFi which is good for up to 300Mbps speed. However the ethernet connection is limited to 100Mbps, hence stream with Wifi. If you have faster internet speed (300Mbps and up to 1GBps) and you want absolutely buffer-free streaming, the absolutely best choice is the Z10 Pro Max which is capable of ethernet speeds of up to 1000Mbps (1GBps). It also has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM among the dual band 5G WiFi. With other words the combination of our IPTV stream, 1GB internet speed and the Z10 Pro Max will create a Ferrari streaming machine! There is simply nothing faster and better at the moment in the world of IPTV streaming!

How to get missing VOD subtitles?

Lots of VOD movies and TV series do already have subtitles in English and/or many other languages. However some VOD content won’t have any subtitles and it will show “online susbitles” and than give you “error”. If that happens you need to first create an account at OpenSubtitles.org and than add the login info in the Settings/Player Options/Online Subtitles on the MYTVonline2 App. Once you do that and go back to your movie/series of your choice and now click on the “online subtitles” you can search for the specific title and your language in the OpenSubtitles database directly on the MYTVonline2 App. It will automatically give you search suggestion such as “LG – Movie Name – Year”. However the best way to find the subtitles is to simply search with the “Movie Title” omitting LG (language) and year.

How to change aspect ratio?

Very few live TV channels or VOD content (especially the 24/7 Movies channel) might show the video in the wrong aspect ratio format. Unfortunately the only way around this is to use other streaming App on your Formuler Z10 TV box as the MYTVonline App only has 16:9 and Full aspect ratio choices which do not resolve the actual issue. So you need to install the IPTV Smarters Player or Smarters Player Lite (as per the “How to watch on cell, tablet or PC” FAQ section). These two free Apps will give you about 8 aspect ratio choices and the video content now will play correctly after trying and finding the right aspect ratio. Unfortunately at this point we do not know of other or better solution for this problem. Thanks for understanding and enjoy your IPTV experience!

Using Netflix/Prime Video on Z10?

If you wish to install and use Netflix and Prime Video on the Formuler Z10 TV boxes, there is a little trick you need to follow – mainly because neither of these 2 apps are certified to officially work on the Z10s. Why ? Because of couple FHD/UHD issues. To make the story short, in order to be able to use Netflix or Prime Video you need to install it directly from the MARKET place (pre-installed on the Z10) and DO NOT update either of them, otherwise these apps won’t work. After installation Prime Video will work just fine however there is an additional step to get the Netflix app fully operational. In order to be able to completely navigate, search etc. on the Netflix App you will have to custom program the Z10 remote control so you can switch it to the mouse mode. To do that please read the next FAQ!

How to RC program mouse mode?

Your Z10 remote control has 7 hotkeys. 4 coloured ones and 3 dotted ones. You can customize these and program 3 functions on each, hence giving you 21 additional features. One of these apps (mouse app) is needed in order to fully operate and navigate within the Netflix App that you installed form the MARKET place (see previous FAQ). Please open the FORMULER REMOTE app on the main screen. There, choose the remote control that came with your Z10 Pro/Max (most probably the GTV-IR1) and select for example the 4 dotted hotkey. Then choose LONG PRESS and select MOUSE MODE. Now when you go to Netflix or wish to use the mouse/cursor mode instead of the up/down/left/right button, you will be able to do so by “long pressing” the 4 dots hotkey.

How to group VOD by language?

Let’s say you wish to show VOD content by language so you can for example see all English movies grouped. In order to do this go to SETTINGS in the MYTVonline2 App & choose VOD SMART GROUPING. When you go back to VOD content you will be able to see all EN (English) Groups and Subroups, so only English speaking movies will show up in these groups.
